Irrevocable Trust is a type of trust where its terms cannot be modified, amended or terminated without the permission of the grantor’s named beneficiary or beneficiaries.

The grantor creates the trust and places the assets into it.  The beneficiary is the person who receives benefits of the assists. Assets placed into the trust are considered gifts and cannot be removed at a later date.
